Sinteza principalelor prevederi"},"content":{"rendered":"<section   class=\"fw-main-row  auto  fw-section-position-back\"    >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"fw-container\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"fw-row\">\n\t<div id=\"column-69e3268ca68db\" class=\"fw-col-sm-12 tf-sh-7f63be95aef74b354c1a6f3b3d85a7a6\" >\n\t<div class=\"fw-wrap-col-inner clearfix  \"   >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fw-col-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\n\t<div id=\"column-69e3268ca6e26\" class=\"fw-col-sm-12 tf-sh-5e4fcf06539b8db3068c8055bdbd34ea\" >\n\t<div class=\"fw-wrap-col-inner clearfix  \"   >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fw-col-inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"fw-text-box tf-sh-056857157dd5ce6a3c95e8e92d68e898 \" >\n\t<div class=\"fw-text-inner\">\n\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceccarbusinessmagazine.ro\/ceccar-j85\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CECCAR<\/strong><\/a><br \/><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Conf. univ. dr.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceccarbusinessmagazine.ro\/marcel-vulpoi-j88\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marcel\u00a0<strong>VULPOI<\/strong><\/a><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">,\u00a0expert contabil<br \/>Reprezentant al CECCAR \u00een VAT Expert Group<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/240441\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Legea nr. 58\/2021<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0<\/em><span class=\"ugb-highlight\"><em>pentru aprobarea OUG nr. 211\/2020 privind prelungirea aplic\u0103rii unor m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie social\u0103 adoptate \u00een contextul r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirii coronavirusului SARS-CoV-2, precum \u0219i pentru modificarea OUG nr. 132\/2020 privind m\u0103suri de sprijin destinate salaria\u021bilor \u0219i angajatorilor \u00een contextul situa\u021biei epidemiologice determinate de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea coronavirusului SARS-CoV-2, precum \u0219i pentru stimularea cre\u0219terii ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103\u00a0<\/em>a fost publicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial nr. 345 din 5 aprilie 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Actul normativ vizeaz\u0103, dup\u0103 cum se \u0219tie, reglement\u0103ri procedurale \u0219i fiscale privind programul redus de lucru al salaria\u021bilor (kurzarbeit). \u00cen acest sens, este de men\u021bionat c\u0103 una dintre modific\u0103rile aduse de lege Ordonan\u021bei de urgen\u021b\u0103 nr. 132\/2020 se refer\u0103 la formula de calcul al indemniza\u021biei, care va fi, potrivit noilor prevederi, de\u00a0<strong>75% din salariul de baz\u0103 brut lunar aferent orelor de reducere a programului de lucru<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Vechea formul\u0103 (conform prevederilor anterioare), respectiv 75% din diferen\u021ba dintre salariul de baz\u0103 brut lunar prev\u0103zut \u00een contractul individual de munc\u0103 \u0219i salariul de baz\u0103 brut lunar aferent orelor de munc\u0103 efectiv prestate ca urmare a reducerii timpului de munc\u0103, \u00een completarea drepturilor salariale cuvenite, calculate la timpul efectiv lucrat, a dus la unele anomalii \u00een practic\u0103 privind cuantumul indemniza\u021biei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Red\u0103m, \u00een continuare, principalele prevederi ale Legii nr. 58\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Se aprob\u0103 OUG<\/span>\u00a0nr. 211\/2020 privind prelungirea aplic\u0103rii unor m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie social\u0103 adoptate \u00een contextul r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirii coronavirusului SARS-CoV-2, precum \u0219i pentru modificarea OUG\u00a0nr. 132\/2020\u00a0privind m\u0103suri de sprijin destinate salaria\u021bilor \u0219i angajatorilor \u00een contextul situa\u021biei epidemiologice determinate de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea coronavirusului SARS-CoV-2, precum \u0219i pentru stimularea cre\u0219terii ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103, cu urm\u0103toarele modific\u0103ri \u0219i complet\u0103ri:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">1. Prin derogare de la prevederile art. 112\u00a0alin.
