(12) din Legea nr. 53\/2003 \u2013 Codul muncii, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Dup\u0103 cum se \u0219tie, art. \u00a053<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0alin. (1) din Codul muncii prevede c\u0103, \u00een cazul suspend\u0103rii temporare a activit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i\/sau a reducerii acesteia ca urmare a decret\u0103rii st\u0103rii de asediu sau st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103 potrivit art. 93 alin. (1) din Constitu\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei, republicat\u0103, salaria\u021bii afecta\u021bi de activitatea redus\u0103 sau \u00eentrerupt\u0103, care au contractul individual de munc\u0103 suspendat, beneficiaz\u0103 de o indemniza\u021bie pl\u0103tit\u0103 din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj, \u00een cuantum de 75% din salariul de baz\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor locului de munc\u0103 ocupat, dar nu mai mult de 75% din c\u00e2\u0219tigul salarial mediu brut utilizat la fundamentarea bugetului asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat \u00een vigoare, pe toat\u0103 durata men\u021binerii st\u0103rii de asediu sau st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103, dup\u0103 caz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Citi\u021bi mai multe \u00een\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceccarbusinessmagazine.ro\/noile-modele-ale-documentelor-prevazute-la-art-53-alin-12-din-legea-nr-53-2003-codul-muncii-cu-modificarile-si-completarile-ulterioare-publicate-in-monitorul-oficial-s11396\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CECCAR Business Magazine<\/a>.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen\u00a0Monitorul Oficial nr. 350 din 6 aprilie 2021\u00a0a fost publicat\u00a0Ordinul nr. 214\/2021\u00a0al ministrului Muncii \u0219i Protec\u021biei Sociale pentru aprobarea modelului documentelor prev\u0103zute la art. 53\u00b9 alin.
