Astfel, prin noul act normativ au fost aprobate ghidurile \u0219i metodologiile emise \u00een vederea preg\u0103tirii proiectelor de parteneriat public-privat, \u00een conformitate cu bunele practici interna\u021bionale, prev\u0103zute \u00een anexele nr. 1-7, care fac parte integrant\u0103 din OMF nr. 6.695\/2024, astfel:\u00a0<strong>a)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 1 \u2013\u00a0<em>Ghid privind contractul de parteneriat public-privat<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>b)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 2 \u2013\u00a0<em>Clauzele standard \u00een contractele de parteneriat public-privat<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>c)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 3 \u2013\u00a0<em>Evaluarea eficien\u021bei economice<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>d)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 4 \u2013\u00a0<em>Evaluarea &amp; alocarea riscurilor<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>e)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 5 \u2013\u00a0<em>Evaluarea suportabilit\u0103\u021bii<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>f)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 6 \u2013\u00a0<em>Datoria public\u0103 \u0219i deficitul bugetar<\/em>;\u00a0<strong>g)<\/strong>\u00a0anexa nr. 7 \u2013\u00a0<em>Procesele de preg\u0103tire \u0219i de achizi\u021bie aferente PPP-urilor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ghidul privind contractele de parteneriat public-privat<\/em>\u00a0(\u201eGhidul Contractual\u201d)\u00a0prezint\u0103 un set de orient\u0103ri si comentarii cu privire la principalele clauze contractuale care se preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 vor fi cuprinse \u00een contractele de PPP din Rom\u00e2nia.\u00a0Documentul\u00a0este\u00a0menit s\u0103 ajute autorit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i entit\u0103\u021bile contractante din Rom\u00e2nia s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 scopul \u0219i efectul principalelor clauze contractuale incluse \u00een contractele de PPP, precum \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 dac\u0103\/\u00een ce modalitate s\u0103 le utilizeze, s\u0103 le completeze sau s\u0103 le adapteze \u00een contextul unor proiecte de PPP specifice.<\/p>\n<p>Cite\u0219te mai mult \u00een\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ceccarbusinessmagazine.ro\/ghidurile-si-metodologiile-pentru-pregatirea-proiectelor-de-parteneriat-public-privat-publicate-in-monitorul-oficial\/s\/NTQ2MTMyMTA0MzQ5NzE2MzH547oZ_7pPOAf51hX-FME\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CECCAR Business Magazine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prin\u00a0OMF nr. 6.695\/2024, publicat \u00een Monitorul Oficial nr. 15 din 10 ianuarie 2025, au fost aprobate ghidurile \u0219i metodologiile pentru preg\u0103tirea proiectelor de parteneriat public-privat (PPP).
